This is a poem about police shootings. What’s are they doing? NOTHING!!! That might not answer your question, But I know something.  
The Coffee Cup  The coffee cup sits on the cherry wood table, steaming with fresh black coffee. The mug shakes as angry footsteps stomp into the kitchen.
No! I will not attach a silencer on to my firearm   I want my target to hear the ruffling sounds of the bullet as it approaches them.  
I sit and I stare, completely unaware.  for now, I’m calm, holding my palms.  i hear the door break and shots fire  I see my life flash before my eyes  the teacher yell “get in the corner and dont move. be silent.” 
By the time you heard it was too late A man is dead the bullets didn’t wait His eyes are closed, his feet are cold, and his life is no longer connected to his soul
Put that gun down Young one. You may be feeling red, But you’ll be seeing red. If you use that there gun.   It won’t solve Nothing. But cause a whole lot of Dread, 
Another Orlando. Another Aurora. Another Columbine. Another Stoneman Douglass. Forget not colored skins who never made it to the headlines; Forget not the unarmed Stephon, the hoodied Trayvon;
I know... That this is something we don't like to hear. But the way we survived has made only one thing clear. We hate to be betrayed... But we never own up to the truth.  
What is this world? It's all gone wrong People are insane You're not the only one Love is dying  Families are crying   He pulled the alarm Students unarmed He had a gun
Many lives abruptly taken Leaving the world crushed and aching Driven by a corrupt ideology Or just a psychotic philosophy Their actions bare an unforgivable cost For all groups whom felt the lost
It can't stop. It won't stop. you feel the heat and it ain't hot. I see red lights, cameras flashing, and people crying, day and night, screaming, "They killed my baby, Oh my god! they killed my baby, what am I gone do.
