My child, let your life come into the world of darknesslike a spark of light, without flicker and pure, and thank them in silence. You know, my child, they are cruel in their greed and envy,
Watching, waiting, The sun rising. Breathing, falling, The sun crying.   Upon the horizon, I know it is here.

Dear First Love,   With words left unsaid, and feelings left unexplored, I try to rest my head, as sleep goes ignored.   We were two young kids with the world at our feet.
Awake upon this garden You who belies life and lives For the wind in your hair Sing upon this sunshine You who decries truth and spies Magic in the air   Golden opportunity mixed
Drift…             But not too far! As far as you can…             It’s dangerous! It’s beautiful…             You want to die? To finally live…
I've fallen into the mirror again Eyes on me, but where have mine been Escape this version I try to explain Lost within the thoughts in my brain   Anticipating the end of my rope
Have you ever stood there? In the morning dew watching the rays of gentle gold  creep their way along the onyx sky. Listening to the murmur of the leaves
Few things shape a persons psyche  In a year like a lover  and the first to entice thee   Sixteen shaped me through a love I lost At the time keeping up no matter the cost The birth of my brother
Heading to your destination  in the car i call it the modern horse we drive with our phones  they rode with a whip we drive with a heater and a very loud speaker They had nothing deeper
I greet the day with gratitude laced with longing. This hunger animates my entire being, Sharpening my senses, a new way of seeing. The pursuit of Light is my soul's calling.   I am a Light Huntress.
A world dealt with the aftermath of countless lifetimes laden with crueltyA world in turmoil and controversyA world trying to expand and trying not to expandSuch is the world I was born into. Not everybody is happy.
The frantic forest floor,it was so cluttered once, every rustle was news, unsilenceable.Leaves fell, animals tracked through the dappled shifting sunlight, and it was all important.
Stumbling aimlessly down a dismal, unlit road, Unconsciously steering myself towards pristine beginnings. A world anew, sky white as the driven snow, but in a split fraction of a moment,

My life has never been perfect but what is perfection?   Is perfection when you're always happy
Early mornings
Sweet black molasses sap, Spilled from the spicket, tapped into the forbidden tree, Danced and fell behind red lips, Touched and fumbled by pale pink tongue, A raft in the nightly liquid desert,
Wake up. (speaker 1) Wake up. (speaker 2 ) Wake up! (speaker 3)   And listen to the world around you. (sp.1) We're in a revolution, (sp.2)
The sky turned sepia today. The streets, trees, and cars, Everything awash with yellow.   The woman with fire for hair Walking her proud dog  Was reduced to a silent figure,

At the sound of an alarm, We wake! At the smell of a brew, We wake! At the turn of a key We move! On our path to fortune, We dream, Yet, at the sight of the homeless child,
Disguises for hypocrisy. Blinded by democracy. Honestly, do We know why We go to war and children die? Contradicting insanity - Thou shalt not kill, all of humanity.
My Redemption
As I leave my family Towards a glowing light I cannot look away I am blinded and cannot see ahead I hear the great gust of wind trying to push me back. Yet why do I keep walking forward?
It’s like I stepped out into the sunlight for the first time, I opened my eyes and I saw the things that have always been.   Maybe by choice I let them slide,

My mind has been reborn. Ecstasy consumes me.
Blue as the sky, my heart pumps anxious beats of alkaline. Furrowed brow, hardened eyes, tapping of the fingers. I stand adjacent to the wealth of the future. Right hand out, reaching, grasping at the sunlight.
And suddenly it hits me like a punch in the gut that I can BE all these beautiful things I read: I can cut off my hair and wear fishnet stockings and clomp around in big black boots and I
It was never my intent to return to this place dark halls of betrayal, and lacking in grace Lustful intentions, like geysers of steam scald memories ‘neath mahogany beams
I never had it. What does it feel like? Requited and mutual A yes to that nervous question I've never had it That embrace of affection With that one you enjoy You yearn for and endear to

To the people of the world that cry, “We know not where our allegiance lies”, and place their heads firmly in the sand. To those now lost deep within the mix, stocking hope in magic tricks
We're setting sail to a voyage that never ends Cast with the wind, while the anchor begins to drown Blurred ripples, our boats filled up with sand And the sirens sing, leaving an empty sound
