Whose basketball is that? I think I know.
Its owner is quite happy though.
Full of joy like a vivid rainbow,
If you were a whopping fifteen feet tall,
you have to be used to watching everyone observe you,
a whopping giant standing above them all.
Watching all the tiny people around you screaming calmly,
Yes, I know I am tall, yes I am over six feet. The truth is that the air up here is no better than the air down there. The air up here is still plagued by pollutants and marinated in a pool of empty dreams.
i am short
i wonder if i will become tall
i hear that it is empowering
towering over others
It's who I am.
I've always been tall.
And no, I don't play basketball or volleyball.
I am constantly stranded in a sea of small and world of petite.
Yes, my feet are large, but imagine if I had small feet.
Dreams can be BIG!
Dreams can be small.
Some can be short,
Or very, very, tall.
For young and old,
For the brave and bold.
For every boy,
And every girl.
Let's all dream very BIG!
They’ll try to hold you down, you know,
That’s just how these things go.
The failures will only help you grow,
That’s just how these things go.
Why stand alone when the battle is nearly won
Why stand alone eventho the odds are against your will
I'm here to tell you who I really am
I may not be athletic, tall or skinny
but I know I was created in God's image
he made me differnt for a purpose,
so I know he's not finish.
Little Little People they come right in
they come right underneath my chinny chin chin
the view from the top always see their heads spin
never in their lifetime they'll see my head spin
Babies are crying,
While adults are going to work,
Children playing up and down the streets,
Everybody laughing until reality sets in,
Wondering how bills will be paid
My journey starts here
But , where do I go?
High hopes here and there
But , where do I go?
This test is like a show
But , where do I go?
Options weighing high and low
But , where do I go?
