We Do Not Want Only A Piece

We do not want only a piece

We aspire and want Peace

A mammoth piece of Freedom

For the north, south, west and east

We fervently assembled a very short list:

Liberty, Respect, Love, Fraternity

Tolerance, Happiness, Unity and Honesty

While we incessantly dream

Of Peace on Earth and Freedom

That’s all we desire to scream.

We don’t want a tiny piece

We hope and want Peace

An immense piece for the neighborhood

So that we can all savor a better mood

As we dream endlessly

Of Peace and Freedom

Here, there, over there

Evermore and everywhere.
