Amidst all the try-hards and give-ups,
Stand the happy middle of the two
Who hasn't crashed and burned yet
And who still hasn't made it through
Who's looking inside that tight circle?
Who's beside me outside, waiting?
Watching to see who will get out
Away from all the pointless hating?
We watch them, killing each other
We see, not judge; who really cares?
We stand by the only taunting exit...
As they try to claw the way out of there
Newcomers stop and attempt to help
And wonder how heartless we all are
Until they realize the reason we don't
And gives up as well, the end is so far.
