"I can't speak but I want to be heard"
Location
This is for those who can't stand up and speak.
And if they ever did, they would come across as weak.
The ones who are lonely, hurt, alone, and broken.
Their pain is so dreadful that it hurts to be spoken.
This is for the ones who were left with broken hearts,
and day by day, they were slowly falling apart.
They cried and cried, "Does anybody hear me?!"
No one cared to listen. No one cared to see.
People said they cared,
But when you needed them the most, they weren't even there.
They don't even know why they try,
They're constantly broken, and forced to live a lie.
If one just one, showed that they cared,
They wouldn't have had to feel all of the despair.
They're suffocating in their sorrow, they can bearly breathe
They can no longer take it, they just need to leave...
But once they're gone, people finally care
it's louder than ever, it's a never ending blare.
"Now they hear my cry, they hear the words I was never able to say.
I just wanted to be heard, but I just couldn't find the way."
