My Regret

We were two minds into one
Your fight was mine
My tears shed through your eyes
We believed that our strings would never be cut
Until I shredded it to peices and walked away

I felt your rage at my throat
Our words clashed and detroyed us
Our eyes averted without another glance
A thousand suns have passed since then
I met so many personalities
my wounds began to heal

Warmth and light grew inside me
joy glued my heart back together
I have so many facial expressions to share

Our anger still keeps me in the darkness
But I will not step backwards ever again
I hope you will continue on your path without me
Please, find your hapiness
