Words Are Magic
She screams in silence,
But no one can tell.
And her experience with hell,
Has her contemplating self violence
She sobs to herself.
Her superman, her father,
Dies, her life forever altered.
She embraces the chemicals,
No one knows how far gone.
Unwilling to move on
Drugs, drink, sex, unethical.
Her soul bleeds ink,
Pen to paper, life comes back
Voices in her head cease their attack.
Words are magic,
She begins to heal,
Numb no more, she can feel.
Away from all the havoc
Words are magic.
