There's nothing much I want to say,
but I'll pour my heart out to you anyway.
All I can think is no more talking.
Only out of faith, we gotta keep walking.
Never spoke a word to you before now,
now you know all that's true somehow.
Meet, greet, sweat, weap,
promise I won't tell.
Secrets we must keep
because it's too soon, you won't go to hell.
Although these demons cast a spell,
he's trying to stay, claws in my brain.
From the gallows of this tree let his red hang.
The tree of brown and green and yellow,
the one with age and wisdom of willow.
Close your eyes and take a hand,
feel through the footprints in the sand.
Do you trust me?
Open your heart and see.
Here and forever we'll listen to the tree.
Her words as sweet as pepper,
holding her branches lies the shephard.
