Slip Away Seasons
Snowflakes unwillingly brighten the day
They drop silently; so blissfully
Through these gloves
And frozen fingers
They slip away
Leaves and bright flowers
Along a path
They start their way
Picking them one by one
Through the breeze
They slip away
The heat like a fire
Good times
Here to stay
Blue ocean
Newfound Happiness
And most worries
They slip away
The chill and the warmth
Both combined
And intertwined, most everyday
Vibrant leaves
Can’t be replaced
Off the branches of the trees
It’s winter season once again; they slip away.
