Liars

Location

Finally been thinking about all those thoughts in your head

and those feelings that wouldn't come out?

Sometimes you can't say it out loud,

then you write it down on paper

and it's all out now.

Raw, unrevised, unedited sentences.

It's like a competition of people for people through jealousness.

They will twist your words or change 'em up and lay 'em

just to get ahead, while causing you mayhem.

They'll pretend to be your friend, but they're calling you their enemy.

Nobody needs that, so get the hell away from me.

I don't need you, spreading lies, making me look like I defy,

meanwhile, by my sidelines, promising others you'll say goodbye.

Now if this is true and you're being you,

then you're just a bad guy by not letting a bird fly.

There's only one thing left to do,

and that's to keep preaching the truth.

If your word isn't you, then you're just a liar and no good.
