let me tell you a story.
Let me tell you a story
Of her heavy mind that cried
Every night to the moonlight
As she always questioned why.
Let me tell you a story
Of how the world is a hypocritical thing
It urges you to soar above the clouds
But never mentions it cut off your wings.
Let me tell you a story
Of a darkness that submerges the soul
Despite how unyielding one fights
The force is not possible to control.
Let me tell you a story
Of the painful screams from his bed
Blood dropped onto his white sheets
From the skin he cut to shreds.
