Let down your hair

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, pleases let down your hair.

Your beautiful but uptight, do not hold yourself captive up there,

Your so smart, but oblivious,

Destined for something so... great, however unaware

Open your eyes and see the vision because it's painted so clear.

Come synchronize with society, there is nothing to fear.

I promise that we are much different than the way in which we appear

Rapunzel, Rapunzel oh please won't you come down.

You will swim without lessons, though I am sure that you won't drown

You are a princess amongst commoners, They'll recognize you with a crown,

For you are the only one with a smile while the world wears a frown.

You with no makeup, the world made up like clowns

It's ok to say that you are authentic than the world that surrounds

And I am so at peace with the peace that you have found.

Rapunzel, Rapunzel

Should I go up or you come down.

Am I, just a friend that should forever just wait around

But I will try to wear your smile so that I do not wear there frown
