Just a Sad Memory

Everyday girls stand on the scales, and cry.

They look in the mirror and cry.

They look at themselves, see themselves as fat

when they are fading away to skin and bone.

Cutting replaces playing, and it all goes down hill.

Cliffs look inviting, trains seem friendly,

everything that was once dangerous isn't.

Don't let that happen, ever, to anyone.

I'll call you, I'll scream your name,

I'll be your friend when you have none.

I'll love you when no one can.

I'll trap you in a room full of pillows,

I'll protect you, I'll stay up all night,

crying and screaming with you.

That's how much i love you.

Even when you feel like no one loves you, you are so wrong.

I can't predict the future for you.

But i can tell you what will happen if you leave.

You will fade to just a sad memory,

that person who isn't here.

You'll be a memory,

a sad song,

the one that you can't remember.

Everyone has a life worth living.

Sometimes life isn't great but all the time it will get better.

If you go, how many people will miss out on meeting you.

People fade away all the time, so close to the end.

Some come back, most don't.

Most jump, cut or starve until the end, wishing it will happen.

If that's you, going downhill, so close to jumping, call me.

And i will cry with you, I will scream with you, I will love you.

I will love you back to reality, life.

i will love you back from the end.

If you stand in front of the mirror crying, hating yourself, wanting to change.

Call me. It's not that hard.

That's all people need. They need love. You are loved.

Because you are worth it.
