The Girl In the Corner
Location
The hallways and lockers all look the same
But it seems each different person all seem so vain
Each day and class was the same ole norm
The teacher with the short brown hair was such a bore
The girl in the corner of the class seems to always been in one stare
But nobody would talk to her, not even a dare
Her long fingernails and creepy attire
All seem so unlikely. I wonder what she desires
She never looks around or makes a sound of peep
I always wonder what is on her mind, she just looks so discrete
The boys around me make fun of her looks
What they do not know is that she buys her own books
One day, I walked into class and there the corner so bare
The girl was not in sight and this all seemed so rare
While working on my homework alone in my room
The news appeared loud with what seemed like doom
There showed the girl laying down on the street
She was murdered cold blooded
There was not a single heartbeat
That girl that looked so weird and wondering who she was
Is alone on the street is the new morning buzz
Nobody knows the real story. Did she do it for the act?
Or was she just the girl next door, with no friends on her back.
