The words whispered by trees at night are no stranger to me
I bask in their monolouges as they speak me to sleep
Their words follow me into my dreams as I float amoung the feelings that crowd me
In between all the thoughts and the profits
I’d held on to that mistaken cause but
They're wanting the family flawless
This that good life
The food to eat
The food on my plate
Is good
This life is nothing special
If you make it special it could be
Your there,
But your not,
Crowds are dancing,
Feeling on the spot.
People laughing,
People singing,
Heart is drowning,
Heart is missing.
Wanting to stay away,
Calm air, cold breeze
Warm hands, new jeans
A child’s laugh echos in the herd
Flashback all in a blur
Back when I was her
Keeping me safe
I looked at the stars, found them pretty, they seem so far I looked furthermore, looked outside, parks, in a store I sat down on a chair, after looking everywhere I started looking more, even checked upstairs I asked a police chief, and I asked
You crave, while I cave.I can see the sweat, on your face. Falling like rain.You think it’s cool, I think you’re a fool.You promised to give me joy, All you did was destroy.Relationships, lives, bank accounts you see.You ruined it all with one lit
Because mamma says baby I love you
Because a mothers love is unconditional
Next week she says baby I hate you, and:
