Wrong of Me

It's wrong of me

To want to be equal.

It's wrong of me

To not feel like a woman.

Or a man.

It's wrong of me

To not be sexually attracted to anyone.

It's wrong of me

To consider everyone for a spouse.

It's wrong of me

To not be christian.

Because it's wrong of me

To think equality means 'even though I'm not straight, I can secure a job'; to think freedom of religion means 'I don't have to be Christian'; to think that separation of church and state means 'no church can decide what is best for me'.

Because it's wrong of me

To think being an American means 'I can be me'.

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the

United States of America

And to the republic for which it stands

One nation, under God, indivisible

With liberty and justice

for

ALL
