Will I Ever Know

So this is how it ended...

Bullets are memories, so you ate one.

How does it feel?

You laid yourself down beneath the soil.

Won’t you wake up?

What does it taste like?

Was it like scorching hot treacherous tears?

My throat burns with your thought.

You meant a lot to so many people.

Not enough of those people heard your pain.

Will you give me an answer?

I never knew you hurt.

You sleep now, you’ll never see the sun.

Just please explain to me.

I need to understand.

Take all the time you need.

If you had a second chance would you come home?

Or would you multiply the explosion?

No one saw you erupting.

Would you please come back?

I need you now.

I need an ending.
