War Eternal

A long time ago, war was small. War was local, contained. Ares, then the god of war, led the world to fight itself, ingrained hatred in all of humanity.

Now that seed has spread and evolved. War no longer needs to be incited by us gods. Humanity does that to itself.

I killed Ares. I took his place in the Pantheon. I am war incarnate.

I am both sides of a conflict. I am good, I am evil. I was the sword, I am now the gun.

Leading the charge is a great joy. The copper smell and taste of blood in the air. Corpses piled into mountains.

Humanity kills itself over petty things. Land, food, jewels. The arrogance of humanity.

Now, war is big. War is everywhere, uncontrollable. I am the god of war, I will lead the charge to a new age.

A new age, a new seed, must begin. A new war must be crafted. Humanity needs to be destroyed.

I kill all. I take their lands from them. I lead the forever war.

I am a single side now. I am my side. I am no weapon, I am now a warrior.

I am the new god of war. I will lead new battles. Not battles of violence, but of wit.

I am war eternal.
