I'm sick of this conformity;
it's no longer the place for me.
I'm sick of pretending to be something I'm not,
just so you can feel complete.
I'm not happy or sad,
about where I now stand.
I'm sorry I can't be what you need,
but this vicious circle of disappointment,
will no longer be a part of me.

I hate you.
I hate who you've become.
I hate that you've forgotten me,
but most importantly I hate that I hate you.

So this is it.
You end in my life,
as a few badly written lines,
in a badly structured poem.

I hope you get what you want.
I hope you find what you need,
because I will find something out there for me.
