The Stress, The Anxiety, The Breakdowns

From a distances I'm just like you

Get to know me and I'm a little differet

Be my best friend and you will see there is more to me than meets the eye.

A simple girl that doesn't ask for much

Someone who goes after their dreams

A person struggling to get by day after day

Out side I'm fine

Inside I'm slowly falling apart.

The stress of everyday life gets to me at times

From there I break out into an anxiety attack

Then I loose it fully.

"You're fine"

"Stop over reacting"

"Grow up"

It's the same thing every time.

Stop saying these things

You don't know me

You don't know anything about me

So unless you understand what it means

or what it's like to have anxiey

SHUT YOUR MOUTH

How dare you

How dare you sit there and watch me suffer

Not offering a single helping hand.

Truth is....

I'm not mad

I'm disappointed

Disappointed in the fact that you care more about some petty thing

Than you do someone's life.

It's sickening.

If you don't want to hear it then take a stand

Take a stand and say

" I want to help"

"Are you ok?"

Show you care.

So that way when you see me or someone else walking down the street

You can take pride in knowing why I have my little quirks

Or they have that look on their face.

So that the next time you see me you can actually judge me

Judge me for me.
