How I miss you Papa
I could never describe

I miss the way you would sit and smoke your cigar
Then tell me never to smoke
I miss your contagious chuckle
I miss seeing you in your chair
With books all around you
And you’re Pepsi beside you

I miss your sense of humor and your jokes
I remember how you taught me
To make a paper airplane
How to make a fist
And how you always read science fiction books

But you know what I remember
And miss most of all?
How you never yelled
How you loved everyone
And how you loved me
And still do
Because you were my one and only
