Ocean Sky
Wispy clouds sweep across the vast ocean above
Grass whispers the heartbeat of the tide
Rolling gently out and back again
Feathered fish dart into cloud-waves
And you wish flying were so easy
Muffled forests take deep, slow breaths
Darkness smooth as ocean floor
Sharks drift by and smother sound
Cool shadows that leave shivers
Restless currents drag at you
Cold and crunchy like sea foam
But the tide comes and it goes
Leaves ripple sunshine far above
As branches dance leisurely
You step up to join them
Twisting, floating in the wind
You swim through the blue
Into the Ocean Sky
