Their are some fish that can change their gender
Imagine if humans could do the same
Depending on population, or depending on our feelings.
I love to fish bass.
The blue fleck power worm kills.
The large bass is caught.
My personality is ferocious, I'll go off on you without percaution, I'll viciously tear off your head with my words, I will creep up on you and attack you with my speech.
I fell in love by the shore.
Nose wide open.
In a cool curve I felt a ripple of bliss.
Through my eyes I followed every motion.
Every gleam that shown through vibrant hue.
The echo of true loves kiss.
Oh the great sea
How it rocks to and fro
Carrying its children
Up above and deep below
They are all loved, by the ocean
held in its embrace
Fish Tale, Fish Tale,
in shades of green and blue.
They hold so many colors,
and they hold so many hues.
Fish Tale, Fish Tale,
I see the world in its beautyOthers see me in fear
I see the world in its graceOthers see me and sneer
Something calls me outA shriek, a scream, a screech
I wish I could be like the other hares
Running around the yard without a care,
but I can only sit here and surmize
that feeling of running to get the prize.
what I remember about you.
Calloused toes perched on the edge of a rough wooden plank,
goggles pulled tight against SPF-oiled skin.
Untamable golden-brown curls
submerged in Ozark waters.
A drop of poison
Turns into bucket fulls
Sinking
Deep
Into the ocean.
Its deepest pits
Caught slipping
Silhouettes
Of rocks
Secrets
And algae.
Broken words and glass
The water is too murky
The water is too gray.
The water is too polluted.
To see the fish at bay.
For the fisherman had never thought
That his fish would have never been caught
Fishy, fishy,
Swim, swim, swim,
What's it like inside your bowl?
Is it hot or cold?
Out here, in the air,
The temperature is fare,
But the serene life of you,
Fish keep me sane
enrich my real name
Give me peace in my heart
like art for a start
I wish I could fish
for a scholarship dish
A fish on a dish with a scholarship wish
Wispy clouds sweep across the vast ocean above
Grass whispers the heartbeat of the tide
Rolling gently out and back again
Feathered fish dart into cloud-waves
And you wish flying were so easy
Like a misty, ocean morning,
smokey blue
pale enough to be grey,
cobalt towards the western cliffs.
A fisherman sets out in the early chill
with a fire lit lamp.
It's glow shocking life into
i am a tortured dustball
sitting on the kitchen floor
polishing a bagel
with a veneer of peanut butter.
slim, competent,
crusty
and grumbling at Iggy the Fish -
At the midpoint
Of a high meandering brook
Flicks the tail of a brook trout.
The lithe tail curves
In the still cool shade of the shelter of the bank
I am calm,
Floating in my watery home.
But my confidence will fail
If you lift me away
From my only known world.
I will thrash and I will squirm,
Throwing my agitation in your face.
With filters, I may look "girlie"
I may look happy and carefree.
Therefore, you may not think of me as a band "dork"
How can I be a marching band girl with good looks?
When I walk, heads turn
"Who is this girl with all the confidence in the world"?
Lift my head high, you would'a swore I was lookin at God himself!
When I talk, heads turn
When I was eight years old, I was a ghost for Halloween.
But when I knocked on my neighbor’s door, she still noticed me and handed me a Snickers bar.
But you didn’t do the same.
Wherever I am,
As long as I’m out,
Over the blue waters I go
To catch some trout.
But never after a full moon.
That’s when they have their feasts.
With the moonlight shining over the water,
Small, happy red fish
flipping in the bright blue waves.
Jump, splash, goodbye friend.
Have you ever considered the mind of a fish?
Whether he laments his glass imprsonment
And dreams of swimming in the ocean?
Have you ever pondered the state of a house?
So
I live in beautiful, sunny Honolulu, Hawaii
Pristine beaches and year-round summer weather
Right?
True
For the most part.
I walk to school every morning, 10 AM
LoveThe largest ocean in the seaAnd the deadliestFor it has no islandNo escapeFor you will become blindFrom all the sharksPulling your leg like no tomorrowOnly gazing at the breath
I daydream/ about having you/ I would be in your arms/ You would be mine/ And i would be yours/ and we would never/ ever have to let go/ then i go to sleep/ and m
The aquatic garden, when seen from space, is vast, mystical, and blue
It has many unique, sea creatures living in it too
Some burrow, some float, some dart from side to side
Out about
Seek out the trout
Who's a scaling sight from sea.
Down and Under
Beneath the flounder
Whose body spins to see.
I took the bait and asked
"How long should I wait
The cave fish swim
Round and round
Going nowhere
Blind in the dark
Most have no eyes
But one fish sees
Sees the blackness
Feels the hopelessness
The fish with eyes
on a crystal lake yonder stood a boytrying to catch a brilliant blue koitugging his branch of dental flosshe wanted to show the world who's boss son it's Monday morning rise and shinewhat are you doing out on a day so finewhere's your pencils, pap
The vast blue liquid all around
Surrounds my every move
I keep on swimming all day long
I have so much to prove
The slimy seaweed flotas around
The starfish probe the floor
Ashes to ashes. Stardust to stardust.
Not something you can take with you
Exactly
But not something you can easily
Relinquish.
Grow claws just to clutch at it for a
From the Deep it rises
I catch my breath for it surprises
me when I see
it a hundred feet below me
It's scales shining in the water
like a knight in shining amor.
It gets closer as I reel.
The fish, the fish
Beautiful at first
So smart and intelligent
He'll seduce you to come close
But only for a moment
The fish, the fish
So handsome and lovely
Blending together, they are.
Like reflections on water.
Memories, like a cookie jar.
These thoughts they slaughter.
Oh how I wish that I could stay
under the blue and beneath the waves,
exploring secrets that remain unseen
even by scientists in a submarine.
Little fish in the bowl, why dost thou swim
In such transparency, sheltered and saved
Guarded by glass walls, untouched, scaly, dim
Surrounded by comfort, creature enslaved
Yesterday finding a suitor seemed doubtful
even though millions of fish live in the sea.
No one could spark my life, it continued to remain dull.
Just as I began to lose hope, you found me.
