Moment
I live moment to moment
Heck, I am the moments
I am that moment when you're in the middle of texting someone and they call you
Awkward. I'm awkward and no one seems to mind, but in my heart I feel like an inconvenience
I am that moment when the power goes out as they're announcing the lottery numbers
Annoying. And, exhausting. And why everyone seems to be so patient I can't fathom because I sure don't deserve it
I am that moment when you microwave a cup noodles and it overflows everywhere
Testing. And angering, and unending and
I am that moment when you're on your last nerve and the slightest thing finally makes you snap
I am that moment when you're so tired everything is funny, because there are no emotions left
I am that moment when you're crying because the laughter hurts and because there's nothing else to do
I am that rush of energy when you have nothing left
And I wouldn't have it any other way
