Family Holiday

T'Was the Christmas season,

Where a little boy glees with reason.

He's filled with joy,

As he waits for hid favorite toy.

The little boy couldn't wait,

but it was just too late.

It was the toy he wanted badly,

yet it was missing sadly.

The little boy cried,

and he just wouldn't stop.

His parents tried,

but they needed a mop.

Everyone looked,

but they found not a thing.

Suddenly, they saw something hooked;

it was the toy on a spring.

The little boy jumped in the air,

and his parents could finally sit in a chair.

Though it was rough,

the family hanged tough.
