High school was hard for me,

I felt my teachers were blind to see,

how the kids bullied me day by day,

I was the one who had to pay,

but somehow I made it through,

even though at times I didn’t know what to do,

but I made it to graduation,

now I want to make a difference for this generation,

I want to become the teacher who cares about your kid,

about what that bully did,

to made my student cry,

I won’t tolerate any lie,

I will be there to help every day,

I will be there to listen to what they have to say,

I want to change school life for the better,

and my journey begins with this letter.
