Broken hearts

Condemned and Shunned,
My mind can function no longer.
Battered and bruised,
Like life on the battle field
It can fight no further.

A heart as tender as grass,
Can’t seem to take any hurt.
Even with the elevation of class
One can only be as broken as glass.

Beauty is said to be in the eye of the beholder,
Seems to me words of a true heart raider.
For us, beauty seems radiant
But only in the hands of the true beholder.

To drag down my esteem,
And say you’re making me feel supreme.
It only takes a matter of time,
Before you can truly see
What it is you really do to me.

This poem really expresses the sadness.but it really expressed to me just how deep one can sink down deep within themselves when others feel they need to cross those lines by being mean and cruel to others.. This poem really touched me because i can't stand seeing anyone being done wrong. Itjust eats at me .. Keep up thegreat work. Thanks for sharing
