Being A Human Being

Being a human being is to love everyone

Don’t get confused about being a Christian

Who is to be a Super Being, a great Human

Please, at all cost, avoid or avert all confusion

Being a human is to admire and care for God’s creation

(We all are, even the demons)

Please ignore the backstabbing pundits who pretend

Prejudge, discriminate, criticize, show-off, cry out, demand

And audaciously holler all types of sermons

It is absolutely crucial to love and respect the offspring

Of Mother Nature or God at all times: in fall, winter, spring

And, of course, in summer. Regardless of the color

Of the leaves and its shapes, we’re the same, nobody is better

We came on earth poor and nude with nothing in the coffer

And we shall leave this planet like a destitute augur

With an inordinately frozen, stoned and made-up face

With no blank smile, no modern style and no gloomy grimace

Vanity quintessentially prevails as if humans were fools

Like manikins that are controlled by machines and tools.

P.S. I wrote this poem so we can think about each other. It’s up

To my readers to go deeper and deeper.
