Angel in the garden

Angel in the garden
I see your golden wings
sense the sweetness of your gaze
as it envelopes me today
Night has clearly left us
the stars and moon set down
the sun has cllimved her ladder
all heaven s in place
There rings a tiny bell here
placed among the glowing ferns
the primrose and the orchids
all meet in divine ways
the soft and foreign feelling
I am feeling on this eve
The way sunlight  runs to purple
The way gold gives way to night
I see that prayers are answered
For this vision is truly that
To uplift a tired wanderer
To keep him stalward til the last.
I love you sweet angel
I love your tiny bell
Keep ringing it for heaven
So I dont end up in hell.
