Tears trace my face as I stand over this sink

I am crying again

Every lecture I get, all the expectations I don't make

These tears fall regardless if I try to hold them back

I am an emotional train wreck

Strong in appearance, weak at heart

I have no control over these tears as they fall

No control over that tsunami of emotions that tear at me

I try to hold on, keep a wall to hold those waves back

But they are too strong for me.
