Cry me a river
as i melt through the drain
Your love brought me nothing
but bruised wrists, heart, and brain.
So don't you dare leave me
with these glow-in-the-dark scars.
Her face is like the midnight sky.
The whites of her eyes are half moons,
and the stars escape when she cries.
I hope she doesn''t anytime soon,
but I've tagged her with graffiti constellations,
She painted her face the way she painted her body,
To cover the pain and tears he left behind.

You taught me to fear
You taught me to worry
You taught me fake love
You taught me to drink away the pain
You taught me I was ugly and worthless
A moment of anxiety
this is where your tightrope snaps
So you have a choice
To grab onto the rope and swing
try to climb yourself with up the edge with all you've got
bruise your knuckles on the rocks
Hidden in the shadows
There’s nothing to see now
For the soul of you is shallow
And you don’t see how
The wicked words you say
//Colours//
The touch of a lover
The brilliance of colour
Oh, tell me how it feels
To know that she calls
You hers?
You said to me,
“She’s only trying
i am neck deep in you
and not lightly but
i am stuck almost like a red traffic light that refuses to change colors
The sunlight beams down on my bruised arm
Bruises heal in the sunlight
I've seen bullying in my life,
I've been on both sides.
Some people say it's not the place to be,
But I must say...
"I just get off on the pain."

Now, it's been a while,
We was arguing again,
My parents and I,
They locked me in my room,
He left a bruise on my thigh,
She blacked my eye,
It was over the dog,
They said to blame it on a cousin,
walking out in the after glowthrown about in the drunk beyond, looking for my wandering doglaid out upon the ground.
battle scars black and bluescratched up knees -all for you, that fence post did me in.
When one violin stands alone
If it can’t play a chord,
Then the string is plucked
Until it breaks
