She was Aurora
She did not need a hero because she was her true savior
Cutting down Monsters,Dragons and Demons in her wake
There was no fairy godmothers,or knights there to protect her
If I were a poet,
you would surely know it,
Even though this poet, will not show it,
He loves to go for it,
so here we go.
Once upon a time,
In a world so clean,
with the sky so blue,
She lay in the ashes, cold and fair,
With light eyelashes and golden hair.
Cinders, sisters, spinsters, blisters,
Haunted the dreams of the working girl,
A tangle in a palace of curls.
Once upon a time there was a girl.
She inspected herself with a small, dainty twirl.
Leaving her home with a basket in hand,
She was off on her way to travel the land.
What's my name?
What's my name?
The little mans's chant
Pounding and Pounding and Pounding through my head
That blasted question that took my everything.
One word
If only I had known
When Red was a babe
Her granny had said,
"If you're ever in trouble,
use your hood made of red"
Now we all know the tale
of that little red hood
that caused so much trouble
Once upon a time there was a king,
but not just a king,
A queen, but oh no,
Not just a queen,
A quite young maiden,
But not just a young madien,
All were unaware that the perfectly imperfect,
There's no fairy tales that I know about
For what is a fairy tale really about
An act of Love or a true love's kiss
Maybe a boy who saves a young girl
I've seen it all but not really at all
Once upon a time, in good health
We see a young girl covered in filth
Who wanted to go to a ball
But she sadly met a wall
Noticed, this young girl was
And with friends, she decided to get a buzz
A red hooded figure appeared
Midnight shadows scattered
In the abby off tress a reflection glared
The hairy, smelly, dreaded worlf showed
Red eyes glared back, wold and hood
The mirror showed the truth
A red hooded figure appeared
Midnight shadows scattered
In the abby off tress a reflection glared
The hairy, smelly, dreaded worlf showed
Red eyes glared back, wold and hood
The mirror showed the truth
Once upon a midnight dreary
Cinderella could see her future clearly
A life in a house
With step-mother louse
Cinderella's eyes got quite bleary.
Enough of this! She blarted
As she stood
Little Red made this trip as early as twelve.
Her baggy hood wasn't enough to cover up from the wolves
The feeling of shame, arising, the first time they noticed
that Little Red wasn't looking too Little... anymore.
Shattered.
I lay shattered
Reaching towards
The wall I built
To keep out
The realities
Of a harsh life
Once upon a time, in a land far, far away,
lived two lonely sisters who were gay,
But her mother did not approve,
she decided that they had to move.
The girls protested both wanting to stay,
Ella, Ella, Ella is every fellas dream,
When she went to the ball she made everybody scream.
When the clock strikes twelve her foot began to swell.
I was bringing you cookies and treats to you Grandma
But on the way a great big wolf stopped me!
I escaped him and ran home to you, but he had gotten to you first Grandma!
