Some Youth Are SO RUDE ... !!!
Their Language Is Crude ... !!!
And Most Have A PROBLEM ...
The protectiveness in me bubbles.
One thought,
one clue,
one misunderstanding,
is enough.
A reflex,
a past,
a word.
Or many.
I'm sorry.
I didn't mean that.
As you walk down the street
Women, girls stop to
Look you up and down
To give you jealous looks
And you can see in their faces
That they are judging you
How silly of them
How are you my dear?
They always ask, don’t they?
Day after day the strangers inquire,
Though not a single one aspires
To actually shun
We live in a world today with every which way to communicate,
yet you can't relay a simple hey, which utterly just makes you fake.
Why even try?
Just because a person is different
Just because they are fat by your standards,
Or skinny by others
Or a mom at 16
Just because they don’t have your level of self esteem
Just because they are perfect
Pencil tapping, gum chewing, whispers
Giggling, sighs, tempers
Teacher don’t know what they’re doing
Trying to be mean and constantly causing a scene
Giving us tests over what You half taught.
The fuck do I look like?
Listening to your voice rambling on and on
Your stupid syllabus and grading scale is all wrong
I get graded for saying things in class?
How about this: Kiss my natural black ass.
