Help me jump through the hoops that are presented to me around every corner by the people who promise to help me, who promise that they will provide me with the tools to succeed. But guess what:
Hey, Mr. Senator, Can you not see This isn't how learning is supposed to be Just take it from me, Under each eye, there's a lavender-shaded valley
It’s crushing. The bile builds and rises. The tears burn. The cheeks flush. The frustration. The disappointment.  The failure. It’s the numbers’ game.  
This class is really dumb. Time doesn’t seem to ever pass. But I’m starting to feel numb, to the idiocy of our class. Our teacher’s lessons seem muddled,
Testing, testing, A,B,C,and DFill out the blanks completely.I've taken everything from STAR to CSTmakes no sense to categorize me.
I am unstable. I am fine. The dark eyed boy in Physics says I'm a dime. He is audacious to call a quarter a dime. 
Tick, Tick, Tick, Tok The heartbeat of the clock thrums through skull,  Down through my bloodstream,  Tangles with the vesciles and vehicles of the machinery of life,  Slides through my fingers,

One thing I never understood,
I'm a freshman in high school I know how to find 'x'I know that oxygen is a gasand that the Declaration of Independencewas signed on July 4th, 1776My education is going to change the world

Each lesson puts a dense weight on my chest, And all of the information blurs together in a fuzzy heap. My brain cannot filter what I do not fully understand. Each subject is taught back to back,
How dare you confine me. Put me in a box with nothing, And give me four crude blocks labled A, B, C, and D, To fashion my future. I am a dilettante, An artist, a creator, the next Michaelangelo,
