My soul is blanketed in the stars.
I found pure glow,
From my Earth’s soul;
My heart loved it there.
Have you ever starred in wonder
At my favorite of sights
A treat that’s only possible
On dark and stormy nights
When the light behind a leafless tree
Seems to set the wood a glow
November 19, 2017, at 1:29 in the morning, my heart was broken and restored, all in the same moment in time.
That night is imprinted in my memory, and on my hip, in stark black ink.
It’s also a new year and new you
why is it never new year better YOU
I’m still the same me just improved
Im a work in progress
growing every day
little ole me sad and bothered at one point in life
Learning to love yourself is a journey-- mind sways from happiness-- to laying on a gurney-- needing an attorney to defend against the prosecutions of life-- devil sending destruction with little strife-- cuz every milestone you make-- another set
Even the palest light lingers in the mind
Alluring, warm, radiantForever glowing, calling.
Until our fragile consciousness is broken-And then taken.
Drawn in too close, we burn
When the sun hits my skin, it makes me smile with a glow.
No one will ever know how my skill feel unless they see my glow.
It gets attention and paparizzi on a daily because it glows so bring attention stays on it.
I used to shine bright,
I was warm and comfortable.
I was hopeful.
I loved myself.
But over time I began to falter.
I slowly began to dim,
I began to turn to black.
You're my friend and lover
My love for you won't fade
I just wanted you to know
You will always be in my heart
You turned into my love
As our love grows
With our needs and desires
City Lights, Valley low
Watching through all the snow
From this highway where I stand
Twinching fingers, aprehensive hand
City Lights, how you glow
Twinkling dots put on a show
A midsummers glow
Always reminds me
Of the love we once shared,
As beautiful as the sea,
As soft as a bear,
As kind as a mothers love,
As quick as the wind,
Truly, it's a lovely thing
The sun shines over us like a bright light. It warms us when we're cold. It protects us from the bad,
Sunshine sunshine
oh how I love to feel the warmth of the sunshine
how it hits my face and body
and makes me feel like it's all mine
Sunshine
Everything’s light
And colorful.
There’s bright colors everywhere!
Everything the sun touches
Appears brighter
And more colorfully vibrant.
She can see it,
See your heart glowing.
You think you hide it well,
But babe, it's showing.
And you know, it's just a bit obvious,
That her heart's glowing back at yours.
So tell her more... Tell her more.
I long to bask in sunshine’s boundless glow
Devine, Pristine, secure in mindless bliss
To freely enter natures timeless flow
Swallow it, follow it
Taste it, then touch
See and listen
Smell and find
Move, stop, feel then realize
Realize there are more
than just senses and emotions
Souls are in us waiting
to be known
