What you see in me.

When my brain

leaks out my eyes.

and I work so hard

my spirit dies

When the end

seems so far

and I lose sight of

what's around the bend

I give up,

give in,

cave under pressure,

you appear

to push me on

to crest the next wave

to climb the next mountain

to move forward

even when I'm sure I can't

you believe I can

and I see

through your eyes what you see for me

what I can't see in myself

a spark of resilience

a flash of hope

a flare up of ingenuity

I push on

I crest the wave

I climb the mountain

I move forward

Because you're sure I can

I become all that I could be
