Training The Body and Mind

Once the years of 

scholarly things

come to a close,

I wish to help

those who've fallen.


Those who feel down,

despise themselves

for their body

and their lacking

sense of self-love.


I will show them

their potential,

their own great strength,

their true beauty,

their confidence.


Through iron,

through the sweat,

through the pain, 

healthy food,

they will be strong.
