Statistics

They say most black teens don't live see to age twenty-one.
We live by the gun so we die by it.
These statistics I won't cosign with.
They basic labeling me a vindictive idiot.
Who idolize the violence but it takes them by surprise.
To know I'm trying to advise my young guys of life.
Don't live for the spotlight, I rather die in believing what's right.
What's better being a witness to improvement.
Or another statistic on the board.
The choice is yours.
As you run through life's course just prepare to make sacrifice.
Live right, illuminate dim minds.
Instead of chalking numbers to predict others demise!
