She Changes Like Seasons

People are not much different than seasons,
For they change appearance, moods--as a whole;
But not on purpose or certain reason;
A transformation they cannot control.

A natural habit, cycle of life;
Cold and depressed to warm, lively and glad;
Smiling with glee to a personal strife;
Back to happiness where nothing is bad.

A warming smile greets you in April,
A saddening glance in cold December;
From smiling, laughing, seeming an angel,
She’s mad, upset, she loses her temper.

She changes like seasons, she can’t control;
Now the winter freezes her heart and soul.
