The path we are on splits in two.

we can take one and walk it alone,

or we can take the other and walk it together.

We chose to walk it together, 

but along the way it splits again, separating us. 

Troubled this time, we walk alone. 

Soon after the slow pace of foot steps, 

I realized how much we need one another. 

I ran back to you, where I found you waiting.

We joined again, and together,

hand in hand, we walk forever.
