The Road Turns

Dark and long goes the road

Middle line stretches straight as if never ending

Lights only show so far

But the line streams out straight into the black

Focus, discipline and grit

Hands on the wheel, eyes on the road

Mile after mile

Head nodding, losing hope

The road turns

This poem is about:
Me
My family
My community
My country
Our world

I hope this finds who needs it!
