Not a profile picture,

Not another one of your precious likes,

Not a tag in a post,

Or a name in your chat box,

I am a living, breathing person,

With emotions that stretch farther than the simple emoticon,

I have more depth,

Than what I like on Facebook,

I won't let social media overshadow me,

Because I am the real person,

And I will not be replaced.
