Problem of kidnapping in Nigeria

Location

Monsters I call them
Abducting our loved ones
Hunting with no remorse
Breaking their spirit.

Somewhere in Nigeria
Flooded with the problem of abduction
Puzzled with an emblem
Girls being tormented by the demons.

As I remembered Nigeria in 190s
Where father land use to feel home
Like paradise of peace
Where lanterns were lighten to glorify the whole of the bungalow
And when heroes like tafawa balewa, sir ahmadu bello, chief awolowo, Dan masanin kano and others
Fought for our freedom.

The same Nigeria where we celebrate our cultures
Has now shatter our dreams to pieces
Living us with no other choice
Our very own country is now the massacre of cruelty
We are no longer safe in our country
Always living with the fear of being killed.
