Tear ducts have rusted,
Oxidized for too long.
A speck of water remains,
Unabashed by nature’s ways.
A diamond presents itself.
To marvel at its beauty is ignorant,
To marvel through its beauty is luck.
Reds, and blues,
Greens of distinct hues-
A recentered vision,
Water spills forward.
