My thoughts in my bed

When I'm in my bed, thoughts swirl through my head

Like ice cream on a summer day

I think of my day then

And how it could've been

Could've been better

Six panic attacks today

Should I cry the night away?

I should just talk to a friend but Those

Who I trust just end  up hurting me

In the end

So now laying down in my bed

With me dog by my head

My eyes shut tight

And my tears sail me into night

And finally, the day will end
