My Safehaven

Hold me down,
Like an anchor
You keep me at bay,
Save me from the dark waves
That try to pull me under
Secret caves,
You're the light that directs
Me to the safehaven,
An angel sent from heaven,
To help my distressed soul,
I can't find a way to repay you,
But I promise you that
Whenever you're losing hope,
I'll be there to keep you afloat.
