uninspired sitting on the ledge 

i said i wouldn't give up-- my pledge 

i pledge to not let my emotions take control 

doing so will take a toll 

i give myself permission to not let people use me 

this will allow me to break free 

i am worthy of people who are true 

staying away from those not worth to pursue 

i don't deserve to deal with selfish narcissists 

although those people are hard to resist 

i pledge to fight on even when it's tough 

because in the end i am enough
