Worthless and hopelessness has left the frontal lobe

Walking down the enlightened path

Awaken from the dead

Beauty and confidence are in my rear view

Not just telling myself that I'm worth it

But believing in it myself

Too many times I have settled for negativity

It's time to be my own teacher

Happiness I created on my own

I finally feel free

A black bird released from the chains of doubt and fear

Being a better person for myself

Life lessons I acquired through my experiences 

I can only go up from here
