TO: All those who toss & turn late at night

FROM: Insomnia

DATE: 12/30/2013

SUBJECT: Late at night, what crosses your mind?

As you lay down to rest and your mind overflows in darkness

What thoughts or worries come through?

Does your heart rejoice with thankfulness?

Is it the damage that doesn't let you rest?

What is it that makes you toss and turn like a wave?

Do you think about what you left behind?

Late at night, what crosses your mind?

Do you worry about what's ahead?

Do you have any regrets?

Perhaps, you have not realize your own pain

Next time you toss & turn don't hesitate to ask yourself "Why" or "What makes me toss & turn" if you haven't lost what you have embrace it.

I don't know how it got up there.

It was probably a glitch.

Mafi Grey

This is really good too, to bad I know that feeling so well. I was born with a different type of insomia but pretty I can't produce sleeping cells as normal people and I go on sleep path were I sleep ok or a week and then I'm all over the place. Also, I can sleep for hours and wake up and be more tired than I went to sleep before or I an go to sleep for 2 hours and be up all day but be tired and sometimes I sleep for 4 or 5 hours and be fine.
